The following policies outline how affiliates are permitted to promote OzLotteries.com and its various products.

It is important that all affiliates adhere to these policies at all times and regularly check this page for updates.

Oz Lotteries affiliates are not permitted to promote affiliate links, the Oz Lotteries website, or pages directly promoting Oz Lotteries via Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising programs.

This includes using:

• Yahoo Search Marketing
• Google Adwords
• Microsoft Adcenter

If found to be violating this policy Oz Lotteries will cease accepting traffic from the affiliate and reserve rights to terminate the affiliate agreement in accordance with the Lottery Affiliates Terms & Conditions.

When promoting Oz Lotteries, affiliates are not permitted to use trademarks and copyrighted material other than that which is located on the Oz Lotteries website, www.ozlotteries.com.

Various state based lottery organizations have ownership over a number of product images, brands and product names - to ensure you do not breach the Lottery Affiliates Terms & Conditions affiliates are advised to not use the following on their websites when promoting Oz Lotteries:

• Lottery Game/Product Logos copied from any site other than www.ozlotteries.com or the Lottery Affiliates Approved Creative page.
• Trademarked keywords/phrases in the website copy & html source (Includes meta tags, alt tags, image names and url paths). Keywords/phrases to not use includes but is not limited to: tatts, tattersalls, tattslotto, golden casket, gold lotto, sa lotteries, lottery west.

Affiliates must not misrepresent or embellish their relationship with any state based lottery organization, nor claim to be an official/licensed provider of lottery games.

Affiliates must not misrepresent or embellish their relationship with Oz Lotteries, nor create the impression that the affiliate web site is Oz Lotteries or part of Oz Lotteries. This includes using terms such as “Oz Lotteries” “Oz Lottery” “Oz-Lotteries” in domain names and/or sub domains.

Oz Lotteries provides affiliates with a means of linking to our website via text links and graphical banners; please do not create your own unapproved graphical banners.

If affiliates are ever in doubt as to whether or not they're permitted to use material on their website in conjunction with promotion of Oz Lotteries they are advised to contact Oz Lotteries and the affiliate manager will be more than happy to provide guidance/feedback.
